ACTNO, 7974 BILL NO. 31-0501 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1, rezoning Parcel No. 29 Estate Susannaberg. No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/ Neighborhood) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3. section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 29 Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.956 U.S. acres, as more fully described on PWD Drawing No. A9-59I-TO02 from = =R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood).
