Box 301707, St. Thomas, VI 00802 (hereinafter referred as to as “Grantee’’) WHEREAS, the Government of the Virgin Islands owns Parcel No. 16 consisting of approximately 14,322 U.S. square feet, Parcel No. 17 consisting of approximately 4,982 U.S. square feet and Parcel No. 18 consisting of approximately 5,232 U.S. square feet for a total of 24,536 U.S. square feet, (Crown Bay Landfill) Submarine Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands in fee simple as illustrated in D9-4291- T88 dated January 21, 1988 as revised on February 2, 17" and 22", 1988; and WHEREAS, Grantor does not have any use nor intention to use Parcel Nos. 16, Parcel 17 and 18 (Crown Bay Landfill) Submarine Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands for a Government purpose in the future and hereby agrees to convey the Government property to Grantee according to the terms herewith; and WHEREAS, Grantee desires to acquire Parcel Nos. 16, 17 and 18 (Crown Bay Landfill) Submarine Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 24,536 U.S. square feet; and WHEREAS, in consideration of the Grantee acquiring Parcel Nos. 16, 17 and 18 (Crown Bay Landfill) Submarine Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from Grantor, Grantee shall convey approximately 0.41 U.S. Acres of Parcel No. 5 Estate Orkanshullet, No. 9 Southside Quarter, Hassel Island, Virgin Islands (aka Cowell’s Battery) as illustrated in PWD B3-145-T45 to Grantor; and WITNESSETH: That the Grantor for in consideration of the Grantee conveying 0.41 U.S. Acres of Parcel No. 5 Estate Orkanshullet, No. 9 Southside Quarter, Hassel Island, Virgin Islands (aka Cowell’s Battery) as illustrated in PWD B3-145-T45 to the Government and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor by these presents hereby grants, sells transfers, convey release and confirm unto the Grantee, and to its successors and assigns the following described property: _B larcel No. 16 (Crown Bay Landfill) Submarine Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands consisting of 14,322 U.S. square feet more or less arcel No. 17 (Crown Bay Landfill) Submarine Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands consisting of 4,982 U.S. square feet more or less rcel No. 18 (Crown Bay Landfill) Submarine Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, t.
