ACT NO. 8626 BILL NO. 34-0311 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act providing an appropriation from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023 ---0—- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from funds available in the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund, created pursuani to 19 U.S.C. § 2701 et. seq.
