_ BEIT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: ACT NO. BILL NO. 26-0111 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To appropriate monies for salaries and expenses of the University of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, and for other purposes --0— SECTION 1. The sum of $23.217,126, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated out of funds in the General Fund, to be transferred! to the University of the Virgin Islands for expenditure by the University for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, for the purposes listed in this section in accordance with the provisions of title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapters 33 and 35. …
