PETITION FOR THE ADOPTION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS REQUIRING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTOMATIC CARD SHUFFLING MACHINES AT DIVI CARINA BAY CASINO AND PHASING OUT MANUAL CARD SHUFFLING We, the undersigned patrons at Divi Carina Bay Casino, hereby petition the Commission to enact rules and regulations mandating the use of automatic card shuffling machines on all table games at Divi Casino. We believe that this implementation is essential for several reasons outlined below: il. Improvement of Game Integrity: Automatic card shuffling machines ensure randomization of cards, thereby enhancing the fairness and integrity of the games. With manual shuffling, there is always a risk of human error or manipulation, which can compromise the integrity of the gaming experience. PETITION FOR THE ADOPTION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS REQUIRING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTOMATIC CARD SHUFFLING MACHINES AT DIVI CARINA BAY CASINO AND PHASING OUT MANUAL CARD SHUFFLING We, the undersigned patrons at Divi Carina Bay Casino, hereby petition the Commission to enact rules and regulations mandating the use of automatic card shuffling machines on all table games at Divi Casino. We believe that this implementation is essential for several reasons outlined below: il.
