Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning District Map STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel Nos. 6L-23, 6L-24 and 6L-30 (A.K.A consolidated Parcel No. 6L-30) Estate Nazareth, No. 1 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 5.557 U.S. acres, as more accurately shown on O.L.G.
