Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation for parcel No. 62-1 Estate Thomas, No. 6A New Quarter, St. Thomas Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.56 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on O.L.G. Map No. D9-8340-T009, dated July 15, 2009, from R-5 (Residential-High Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 20, 2010.
