GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION Docket No. 554 Order No. 52/2013 IN RE APPLICATION OF VIRGIN ISLANDS WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY FOR APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL USER FEE AND WASTEWATER USER FEE Nee Nee ee eee ORDER WHEREAS, on July 30, 2013, The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (hereinafter “WMA”’) submitted a Petition for the Approval of Wastewater User Fee Hardship Program in satisfaction of one of the nine mandates of Order 20/2008 the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (“hereinafter “Commission’’); and WHEREAS, on August 15, 2013, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission held a Special Meeting in its offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix; and WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation, the Commission voted to grant WMA’s Petition for the Approval of Wastewater User Fee Hardship Program; and NOW THEREFORE, the Commission hereby ORDERS that the WMA’s application for the approval of the wastewater user fee hardship program is GRANTED.
