ACTNO. 8363 BILL NO. 33-0413 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act making an appropriation of $250,000 from General Fund to the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs for acquiring cannabis- related software Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $250,000 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, to the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs to purchase Cannabis-related software. SECTION 2. The sum appropriated in section | remains available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 29, 2020.
