ACTNO, 73°74 BILL NO. 29-0271 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act amending title 5 Virgin Islands Code, section 2550 relating to the termination of parental rights of parents ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 5 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 201, subchapter IV, section 2550 is repealed and reenacted with amendments that read as follows: §2550. (a) As used in this section, the term: (1) “Court” means the Family Division of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. (2) “Department” means the Department of Human Services. …
