The opinion is expressed ip official circles that in view of the easing of the tension, the Allied representatives at Constantinople have decided it is unnecessary for the present to proclaim a state of seige. A News Agency despatch from Constanti- nople dated Monday, said the%Allles had handed Rodo®to over to the Nationalists and that the official handing over of Adri- anople would occur on November 19th. London, Nov. 14th.—While the politi- cal managers decline flatly to make any official predictions as to the result of tomorrow’s elections, the Star, succeed- ed today in getting unofficial estimates from the various headquarters of what the managers expect. According to the Star the Independent Liberals elaim for themselves 145 seats in Parliament, the Labourites claim 160, the National Liber- als claim 75 and the Conservative: 365. including Nationalists of all sorts.
