ACT NO.65 18 BILL NO. 24-0242 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7, for Plot No. 17-F, Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, from R-1 to C ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-8 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 17-F, Estate Bovoni, Nos. | & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to C (Commercial). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on this May 24, 2002.
