Act No. 6306 (BILL NO. 23-0171) (Approved December 1, 1999) To amend Title 3, Section 27g (b), Virgin Islands Code, to provide for the placement of the Narcotics Strike Force under the Virgin Islands Police Department for budgetary purposes only Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3, Chapter 27g (b) Virgin Islands Code, is amended by striking the period and inserting a comma and the following language: "but to be included within the Virgin Islands Police Department for budgetary purposes only."
