Our editorial policy or . opinion is solicited and we frankly admit . we have none to express for the simple i reason that We consider this matter an ‘ administrative affair about which we do | not know enough to say empty things | that might please or tickle some without | offering any real solution to the problem, i if 1t is one. -We are taking the same at- | titude other papers have taken in similar ' questions in which it did not suit them to ' get mixed up. Those who have made a . systematic study of misrepres2nting this | paper even when ¢ support it would | have been for the public welfare, and . declared its ovinion to be the voice of | the minority, can surely have nothing to | fear through our silence.
