no esoemects ornare BILL NO. 28-0099 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act amending title 32 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 13, section 244 (b) to allow members of the Lottery Commission whose term has expired to serve until a successor has been appointed and confirmed ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 32 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 13, section 244 (b) is amended by adding before the existing sentence a new sentence that reads as follows: “Any member of the Commission whose term has expired may continue to serve until a qualified successor has been appointed and confirmed by the Legislature.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on October 28, 2009.
