1 Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission Public Hearing of Tuesday, November 18, 2025 Summary During the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (“VIEDC”) Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the VIEDC Governing Board heard one (1) application presentation as follows: ❖ APPLICATIONS: • Commodore Concierge Nurse Management LLP – New Application [Category IV – Designated Services Business; Investment: $100,000; Jobs: 5; Location: St. Thomas, VI] Commodore Concierge Nurse Management LLP(“CCNM”) seeks VIEDC tax incentive benefits as a Category IV – Designated Services Business. On September 19, 2025, CCNM filed an application with the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (“VIEDC”) for tax incentive benefits as a Category IV – Designated Services Business. CCNM shall own and operate a management and consulting services business including operational and strategic consulting services, accounting and finance services, administrative, compliance and back-office services, and family office services. CCNM will also reinvest for its own account. All of CCNM’s clients will be located outside the USVI. CCNM’s services may be provided through one (1) or more wholly owned, disregarded subsidiaries. CCNM is located on the island of St. Thomas. CCNM commits to employing five (5) full-time employees within one (1) year of the date that its Certificate is signed by the EDC Chairman, or within one (1) year of commencement of benefits, whichever is later. CCNM also commits to investing a minimum capital investment of $100,000 in the benefited business. CCNM further agrees to meet all statutory and special conditions, and other applicable requirements for the grant of tax incentive benefits.
