Approving this lease agreement will allow for much-needed renovations, aligning with recent improvements such as the adjacent public restrooms. A revitalized Hamburg-Amerika Building will enhance visitor experience, support local businesses, and contribute to the long-term economic sustainability of St. Thomas.
