ACTNO. 6852 BILL NO. 26-0270 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-14 for Parcel No. 3 Estate Fareham, East End Quarter, St. Croix, from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-1 (Residential-Low Density) and granting a use variance for a rifle range --0-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-14 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 3 Estate Fareham, East End Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 18.890 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 3202, dated December 23, 1974, from A-1 (Agriculture) to R-1 (Residential-Low Density). SECTION 2. A use variance is granted to Parcel No. 3 Estate Fareham, East End Quarter, St. Croix, as rezoned by Section 1, which consists of approximately 18.890 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. …
