ACT NO, 7592 BILL NO. 30-0189 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act to amend title 19, chapter 7, and title 10, chapter 5 of the Virgin Islands Code as they relate to certain groups of individuals with disabilities —-— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 19 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 7, is amended in the following instances; (a) Strike “children who are physically disabled” wherever it appears and insert in lieu thereof “children with physical disabilities” (b) Strike “intellectually disabled children” wherever it appears and insert “children with intellectual disabilities”. SECTION 2. Title 10 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5, section 64 is amended by inserting “disability” between the word, “sex” and the phrase, “and/or Political affiliation” in every place they occur in subsections (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7) and (8).
