ACT NO, 7490 BILL NO. 30-0093 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act amending title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 17, section 194 and chapter 23, section 262 relating to the certification of private career and technical schools or programs ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 17 is amended at the beginning of section 194,subsection (b) by adding an exception clause that reads as follows: “Except as provided in section 262 of this title. SECTION 2. Title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, section 262 is amended in paragraph (1) after “technical education,” by inserting “provide for the certification of private schools and programs in the field of career and technical education.
