ACTNO, 7604 BILL NO. 30-0361 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act rezoning Parcel No. 68D, Estate Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas from P (Public) to (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood) --0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 68D, Estate Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of .708 U.S. acres, as described on OLG Map No. G9-1751-T71 dated March 10, 1971, from P (Public) to (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
