TUT OO6 1O4O *64688* 64688 de maximis TuTu Progress Report June 10, 1994 • During June 27 conference call with USEPA, it was agreed that data validation of groundwater samples will be as follows: • All monitoring well data will receive full validation. • Supply wells which have been sampled and validated several times will be evaluated to see if validation is necessary. Geraghty & Miller will present a list of supply wells proposed for validation after the unvalidated data are compared with the previous validated data. If the recent data are consistent with previous results, further validation will not be proposed. • Another item discussed during the conference call was the preliminary (unvalidated) data for the Delegarde Supply Well. Tetrachloroethene (PCE) was reported at a 15 micrograms per liter (JJQ/\), which is above the maximum contaminant level of 5 fjgl\. It was agreed that the Delegarde Well would be resampled to confirm this result. • Treated and discharged purged groundwater in accordance with Discharge to Sanitary Sewer Permit. WORK TO BE COMPLETED DURING NEXT MONTH • Continued preparation of Draft Rl Report. • Removal of inoperable pumps and piping from VIHA I and Harvey Supply Wells. Repair of Harvey Supply Well protective casing. • Collection of groundwater samples from Delegarde (VOCs only), VIHA I, and Harvey Supply Wells. FILE: 3O*907\JUN£.Pfl TUT OO6 1O41
