ACT NOD 78490 BILL NO. 30-0499 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act providing for the conveyance of Plot No. 184 Estate Anna’s Hope, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of 9.8938 U. S. acres, more or less, as shown on OLG No. 3284, dated October 28, 1976 from the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Enrique Romero Nieves American Legion Post 102, Inc. and providing that the Government allow the Enrique Romero Nieves American Legion Post 102, Inc. to utilize one of the buildings located at Parcel No. I Peter’s Rest, Queen Quarter St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.465 U.S. acres, more or less, as shown on OLG Map No. 319, on which the St. Croix Majorettes currently uses one of three buildings, until it has completed construction of its permanent facilities at Plot No. 184 Estate Anna’s Hope —-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. …
