ACTNO.9018 BILL NO. 36-0157 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2025 An act providing an appropriation from the Virgin Islands Lottery as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 32 V.I.C. § 246(a)(11), the sum of $1,100,000 is appropriated from the Virgin Islands Lottery in the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 17, 2025. + Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this 17 day of September, A.D., 2025. Milton E.
