ACTNO. 8537 BILL NO. 34-0181 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act to Amend Official Zoning Map STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 11-16 Estate Contant, 7BA Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) -0- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 11-16 Estate Contant, 7BA Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.51 U.S. acres, as more fully described on Drawing No, G9-721-T63, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density).
