ACTNO 792" BILL NO. 31-0463 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-9-14 (W) issued to Diamond Rock Frenchman's Owner, Inc. by the St. Thomas Committce of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-9-[4(W) on February 7, 2016 to Diamond Rock Frenchman's Owner, Inc.; and WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-9-14(W) authorizes Diamond Rock Frenchman's Owner, Inc. have the continued use seaward of Parcel No. 5A and submerged land Parcels No. 4F and 5F Estate Bakkeroe, St. Thomas of: 500 cubic yards of soil and rock; 750 cubic yards of boulder riprap on the south shore of Muhlenfels Point; a 28 ft. long x 19 ft. wide building; a 143 ft. long by 10 ft. wide triangular area on filled land occupied by the tennis courts on the south side of Muhlenfels Point; 17,615 sq. ft. of filled submerged lands south of Muhlenfels Point and 26, 135 sq. ft. …
