CORRECTED COPY ACTNO, 8184 BILL NO. 33-0030 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act amending title 11, chapter 21, section 1213 of the Virgin Islands Code to increase the tradename renewal fee, and providing for other matters =i0=- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 11, chapter 21, section 1213 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by striking “$50” and inserting “$100” in its place. SECTION 2. Title 17, chapter 15, section 190dd of the Virgin Islands Code is amended in subsection (d) by renumbering the existing paragraphs accordingly and adding a new paragraph (4) to read as follows: “(4) Have been a registered Virgin Islands high school student at the time of Hurricanes Maria and Irma who was forced to relocate to high school in another state or territory of the United States, and subsequently graduated from high school in another state or territory of the United States in 2018 or 2019.” SECTION 3. …
