Tithe 18 Virgin Islands Code. chapter 5. section 94 iy amended by: on striking the language in subsection (b) and inserting new language that reads: “The Supervisor of Elections, with the approval of the Board of Elections. shall determine the places. dates, and times for early voting.”: and (2) striking subsection (d) in its entirety.
