Question & Answer Q. What percent of this project is structural steel vs masonry work? A. It must be emphasized that the proposed Recreational center that will be constructed at Barron spot is not a steel building. It is a masonry Building that is structurally supported by No.4 & 5 rebar. Therefore zero steel columns and beams will be utilized for the project. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
