‘ACT NO.6626 BILL NO. 25-0116 TWEN'TY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To provide an appropriation for operating expenses of the Department of Public Works from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2003, through September 30, 2004. ---0-— BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof.as may be necessary, are appropriated from the St. J ohn Capital Improvement Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works for the fiscal year October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004, and shall remain available until expended. …
