ACT NO.6658 BILL NO. 25-0173 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS oe OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To rezone Parcel No. C-12-1 Estate Hoffman, No. 2B New Quarter, St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential — Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. C-12-1, Estate Hoffman, No. 2B New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.509 U.S. acres, more or less, as shown on OLG Map No. A9-492-T96, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density — One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered) for retail and office space.
