ACT NO.661 2 BILL NO. 25-0102 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Special Session 2003 To ratify the Group Health and Medical Insurance Plan between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company and the Group Dental Insurance Plan between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the Legislature hereby ratifies and approves the agreement entitled “SECOND RENEWAL OF GROUP HEALTH AND MEDICAL INSURANCE AGREEMENT”, between the Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Government Health Insurance Board of Trustees, the Virgin Islands Port Authority and the University of the Virgin Islands and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, which agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
