ACTNO. 8498 BILL NO. 34-0133 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act providing an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Virgin Islands Board of Nurse Licensure from the General Fund during the fiscal year October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum is appropriated from the General Fund of the Virgin Islands for the operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Virgin Islands Board of Nurse Licensure for the fiscal year October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022.
