This territory-wide evaluation of seat belt use is part of a continuing effort to help reduce crash-related fatalities and injuries in the territory. Preusser Research Group Inc. (PRG) will be conducting seat belt observations at 20 locations distributed over St. Thomas (8), St. Croix (10), and St. John (2). Additionally, observers will be conducting additional rear seat safety belt observations throughout each island. …
