COMMITTEE ON BUDGET, APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE BILL NO. 35-0277 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands May 31, 2024 An Act providing an appropriation from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Department of Health for disbursement to the Virgin Islands Healthcare Foundation for the completion of its outpatient dialysis clinic and for the purchase of required water filtration equipment PROPOSED BY: Senator Ray Fonseca Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. (a) The sum of $654,376.09 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending 2 September 30, 2024, from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin 3 Islands to the Virgin Islands Department of Health for disbursement to the Virgin Islands 4 Healthcare Foundation for the completion of its outpatient dialysis clinic and for the purchase 5 of required water filtration equipment. 6 (b) The sum appropriated in subsection (a) remains available until expended. …
