ACT NO. 7161 BILL NO. 28-0180 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act to approve the re-programming of funds from certain projects approved for funding under previous Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) allocations Oise Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, section 67(b), the sum of $193,408.15 is reprogrammed from the previous Community Development Block Grants listed in subsection (b) to the projects identified in Sections 2 and 3 of this Act.
