NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS OF AMERICAN ALLIANCE INSURANCE COMPANY. LTD. Lieutenant Governor Osbert E. Potter, in his capacity as Commissioner of Insurance and Liquidator of American Alliance Insurance Company, Ltd. (“American Alliance”), is now in the final phase of liquidating the assets of American Alliance. If you believe that you may have a valid outstanding claim against American Alliance for losses suffered, unearned premiums or some other valid claim which entitles you to receive payment from American Alliance, please contact the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Division of Banking and Insurance (“Division”), for more information about how you may obtain payment. Please be advised that claimants are not entitled to receive payments for claims which have already been settled and paid in full. All inquiries regarding the payment of claims or the filing of claims should be made at either of the following locations: ST.
