London, Aug 30th.—According to the “‘Daily Mail”’ it has been decided 1o establish an Arab Parliament in. Meso- potamia, and also an Arab Cabinet with british advisers in charge of the admin- istration. It is understcod approval will be given if the Arabs create a na- tive Prince as Governor. London, August 28th.——Reports from Mesopotamia indicate a further spread to the Mintifik arez in the south of the anarchistic rebellion agzainst the adniin istration which had been prevalent re. cently, the War Office announced offi- cially today.
