Title 22, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 65, section 1728, is amended by striking subsection (b) in its entirety and replacing it with a new subsection “(b)” to read as follows: “(b) Any insurer offering a recognized health insurance plan in the Virgin Islands shall offer as part of its plan access to a PPO which meets the requirements of subsection (a).” ; ; Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 28, 2009.
