ACT NO, @7 04 BILL NO. 31-0191 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act appropriating monies from the Anti-litter and Beautification Fund to the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much of the sums as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Anti-litter and Beautification Fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, reestablished by Act No. 7536, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016 for the purposes specified in this Act: FISCAL YEAR 2016 2043 ANTI-LITTER AND BEAUTIFICATION 610 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS $1,000,000 620 VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TOTAL VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY $4,704,014 TOTAL ANTI-LITTER AND BEAUTIFICATION $5,704,014 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2015.
