CROIX SAVINGS RANK” was held at the . | ?fl"lg;‘ 01::'3 Ithe I\l/Instiltlution at 4 o’clock p. m. for the purpose of receiving the Report for the financial year from the Ist April 1918 . ' o the 31st March 1919. J {awyer A. E. Stakemann in calling the attention of the members to the loss which the Institution has sustained through the death of Mr. J. Niles, paid a tribute to the memory of said gentleman who for many years had held the post as trustee. . The Chairman then laid before the Meeting the auditzd General Anmual Statement of the affairs of the Institution for the : financial year from Ist April 1918 to 31st March 1919 which was unanimously adopted. Afterwards the following Trustees were elected: Mr. D. ARMSTRONG, Mr. A. DE CHABERT, Lawyer A. E. STAKEMANN, REv. P. BARTELS, Mgr. W. CLINDINEN, Mr. R. W. SKEOCH, » Dr. D. C. CANEGATA, Mr. R. E.
