Mr. Myles Ventura, age 28, was arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the Superior Court on February 21, 2023, after Mr. Ventura showed a picture of his penis from his Snapchat account to a female minor. Mr. Ventura was advised of his Miranda Rights. He was charged with Visual Medium Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct/Attempt and Distribution or Exhibition to Minor under 18, Child abuse, with bail set at $60,000.00. Mr. …

Mr. Ventura was booked and unable to post bail, he was transported to the John Bell Adult Correctional Facility where he was remanded pending his Advice of Rights. ###
