Indication of a NW heading. The vessel is carrying drugs (c8) rear of vessel above the waterline. 4. 15% 101230 EST; location: 14/45N 67/33W, Venezuelan Basin with NW heading. Is carrying drugs (located on deck, last row, port side in a container). Containers in crates, inside are metal containers, blue and white, measuring 3x10x16 or 8x10x16- they normally contain animal products. They contain a dry substance with blue label, orange wrapping, sealed and looks like dense clay. Also-- there is an indication of automatic Weapons on board (as contraband), and indications of violence or bloodshed in this shipment or trip. 3. 12% 111045EST location: 17/07N 64/09W in Venezuelan basin, south of the Virgin Islands.
