ACTND. 6720 BILL NO. 25-0257 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To grant a zoning use variance for Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for Parcel No. 13, Estate Little Princess, Company Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, for the purpose of allowing for the continued use of five dwelling units ---(--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a zoning variance is granted to Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for the island of St. Croix, for Parcel No. 13, Estate Little Princess, Company Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 2.335 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 4607, dated May 1, 1990, for the purpose of allowing for the continued use of the five dwelling units. All other requirements of the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) zoning designation and all other requirements of law shall continue to apply. …
