ACTNOa 8443 BILL NO. 34-00 17 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act making appropriations from the balance of funds appropriated in Act No. 7697 § 2(1) and $400,000 from the Community Facilities Trust Account to the Virgin Islands Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation for the acquisition of Plot No. 7 Estate Diamond Ruby, St. Croix, Virgin Islands for reconstruction and expansion of the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, any and all sums appropriated by Act No. 7697 (Bill No. 30-0501), Section 2, paragraph (I) which have noi been expended are appropriated to tHe Virgin Jslands Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation to be used exclusively for the acquisition of Plot No. 7 Estate Diamond Ruby, St. Croix, Virgin Islands for the purpose of the reconstruction and expansion of the Governor Juan F.
