The Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Academic & Cultural Awards Endowment (VIACAE) is accepting applications for its territorial scholarship program for the 2026-2027 academic year. Virgin Islands residents pursuing graduate studies or cultural projects are encouraged to apply. THE VIRGIN ISLANDS ACADEMIC AND CULTURAL AWARD ENDOWMENT (VIACAE) Proof of Virgin Islands residency for at least ten years, five (5) of which must immediately precede the date of submission of application.
