Applications can be picked up and dropped off at the Records Bureau at the Wilbur Francis Command Police Station (Rainbow Operations Building) from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. For more information, call the Wilbur Francis Command Police Station at 340-778- 2211. ###
