ACT NO.9 0 30 BILL NO. 36-0169 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2025 An act appropriating the sum of $1,000,000 from the Virgin Islands Education Initiative Fund to the School Construction, Maintenance and Capital Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 20, 2026 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, from the Virgin Islands Education Initiative Fund to the School Construction, Maintenance and Capital Fund for distribution as follows: 2185/2188 VI EDUCATION INITIATIVE FUND FY2026 SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE & CAPITAL FUND $1,000,000 TOTAL SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE & CAPITAL FUND $1,000,000 TOTAL VI EDUCATION INITIATIVE FUND $1,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 17, 2025.
