The project involves interior renovations, the addition of a vertical circulation corridor, and minor site improvements such as sidewalk modifications and additional parking to enhance functionality and efficiency of the Authority’s operations. Selective demolition is anticipated to begin in April 2026, with construction scheduled to commence in May 2026. The proposed activities are consistent, to the maximum extent practicable, with the requirements of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Program and will be executed in full compliance with all applicable regulations.
