ACTNO. 8337 BILL NO. 33-0383 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act providing an appropriation from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sum or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated from funds available in the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund, created pursuant to 19 U.S.C. § 2701 et seq. (Public Law 98-67), for fiscal year October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.
